Definations

• “Entry” – A valid submission that has been accepted after review.
• “Monthly Treasure Box Draw” – The prize draw held at the end of each calendar month for a GP Treasure Box.
• “Royal Weekend Draw” – The final draw held on 15 January 2027 for the Royal Weekend Experience.
• “Valid Photo or Video” – A photo or video that meets all of the following criteria:
  - It clearly shows a genuine GP CR2032 battery.
  -The GP CR2032 battery must be visibly in use (inside or directly next to a device or object).
  - It must showcase a unique device/application. Multiple images of the same device (even from different angles) count as only one Entry.
  - It does not contain competitor batteries, stock images, or unrelated content.

How to Enter & How Entries Work

• To enter, upload a Valid Photo or Video via the competition form.
• You may upload a maximum of 10 photos or videos (or a mix of both) per form submission.
• Each Valid Photo or Video grants 1 Entry into the current month’s Treasure Box Draw and 1 Entry into the Royal Weekend Draw.
• You may submit the form multiple times throughout the competition using the same email address.
• Each submission must contain at least one new Valid Photo or Video showcasing a different device/application from your previous submissions.
• Duplicate or near-identical images/videos will be counted as only one Entry.
• GP Batteries reserves the right to disqualify participants who submit excessive or abusive entries.
• Entry Accumulation:
  - Entries for the Royal Weekend Draw accumulate throughout the entire competition.
  - Entries for each Monthly Treasure Box Draw reset after that month’s draw. For example, an entry made in August will not carry forward to the September draw, regardless of whether you won that month’s Treasure Box or not.
• Bonus Entries (optional):
  - Uploading a valid receipt showing a GP CR2032 purchase in the last 12 months = +2 bonus entries into both draws. Note: The receipt may include other items purchased at the same time, as long as at least one GP CR2032 product is clearly listed.
  - Posting your submitted photo or video on Instagram, following and tagging @gpbatteriesuk and using #GPKingOfCoin = +2 bonus entries into both draws.

Bonus entries are not mandatory and do not depend on each other.

Important Rules

• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• All entries are manually reviewed. The Promoter's decision on validity is final.
• GP Batteries reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these rules.

Prize Information

• Monthly Treasure Box Draw: One GP Treasure Box (drawn on the last calendar day of each month) containing: 1 pack of CR2032 coins, 1 GP lantern, 1 GP 10 minute charger pack, 1 pack of GP Ultra+ AA Alkaline batteries, 1 GP M2+ powerbank.
• Royal Weekend Draw: One luxury Royal Weekend Experience for 2 people (drawn on 15 January 2027), including return flights from a UK airport, hotel accommodation, lunch on the Saturday and Sunday, transfers and private tour. The Royal Weekend Experience must be taken on one of the available weekends between May and September 2027:
  - May – 8-9
  - June 5-6
  - July 3-4
  - August 7-8
  - Sep 4-5
• The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the draw and asked to choose their preferred weekend from the available dates. The prize is subject to availability. If the winner is unable to attend on any of the available weekends, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative prize, cash equivalent, or compensation will be offered. All additional costs (travel insurance, spending money, meals apart from the provided lunches on the Saturday and Sunday, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
• Winners will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw.

Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• By entering, you grant GP Batteries and its partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and repost your submitted photos and videos on social media, websites, newsletters, advertising, and promotional materials, with credit to you where reasonably practicable.

General

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any retailer.
  
• GP Batteries reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the competition for reasons beyond its control.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
